The structural and technical qualities of the Centro Coreográfico Canal places this centre in the Region of Madrid as among the best equipped in all of Europe.

The studios are two storeys high, with the exception of one triple. Their areas range from 72 to 238 square metres. Four of these dance studios have top galleries that—like viewpoints—let people watch open rehearsals.  All rooms have heating/air-conditioning.

One feature that merits mention is the composition of the floor, manufactured from multipurpose linoleum.

The Centro Coreográfico Canal has a meeting room on the fifth storey that is available to resident companies, as well as a canteen on the ground floor.

The centre also includes four individual dressing rooms, equipped with toilet, makeup tables and wardrobes, as well as two group dressing rooms.

The facilities are rounded out with two shared dressing rooms, one for women on the third storey and the other for men on the fourth storey.
